Anosh Joseph

Anosh JosephAnosh Joseph is currently a Senior Lecturer in Theoretical Physics at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.

He is a theoretical and computational physicist with broad interests in elementary particle physics. He has published research papers on lattice quantum chromodynamics, supersymmetry on a spacetime lattice, field theories on non-commutative spacetime, CPT violation, Lorentz non-invariance, and applications and numerical tests of the gauge-gravity duality conjecture.

Joseph received his PhD from Syracuse University (Syracuse, New York) in 2011. He completed his undergraduate work at Mahatma Gandhi University (Kerala, India) and his master’s degree at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) – Madras (Chennai, India). He held researcher positions at the International Centre for Theoretical Sciences (Bangalore, India), the University of Cambridge (UK), Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron DESY (Germany), and Los Alamos National Laboratory LANL (New Mexico, USA).
